The size of the flask can be up to 1200mm, and the material used for iron casting is from HT200 to QT700. Parts weigh from 0.5kg to 300kg.

Precision aluminum casting
For aluminum, we have aluminum sand casting, die casting, gravity casting, aluminum forging. The weight of parts covers 0.5kg to 20kg.
According to the customer's performance requirements for parts, the process plan can be flexibly selected to continuously improve product quality and reduce production costs.
Precision Machining
Precision machining is the largest part of Liancheng's work. Hundreds of machining centers, CNC lathes and various technical equipmentcan cover parts ranging from 0.2kg to 300kg. Gear shaping machines can process parts within 800mm diameter.
It has accumulated more than 20 years of rich processing experience, making it difficult to process difficult parts. In recent years, the company has increased its investment in production equipment automation and management informationization, continuously optimizing production links and continuously improving its comprehensive competitiveness.
For the production of single-piece and large-volume parts, an automated production line is specially configured to improve efficiency and reduce labor. For medium-volume products, the configuration is coordinated by a robot.
A production unit consisting of multiple processing equipment perfectly combines flexibility and efficiency.
E-Coating & Heat treatment
In terms of E-coating, the company has a black high temperature electrophoresis production line, a high temperature manganese phosphating production line and other traditional spraying equipment to fully meet the coating requirements required in production. At the same time, the company also has annealing, smoldering and other processes in heat treatment to further improve product performance.
